The Learning Connexion programmes are approved by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority but your TLC qualification does not appear on your NZQA Record of Learning because, currently, NZQA only records unit standards, NCEA results and national qualifications that are gained from these units, on a student’s record. For a record of the study you have done at TLC please ask us for an academic transcript. Accreditation details for the Learning Connexion can be viewed on the NZQA website.
An academic transcript is a formal record of learning achievement.
The transcript includes details of all your TLC enrolments (levels you have enrolled in) both completed and incomplete. It also records your majors and minors.
If you would like to order a transcript please contact Reception, (allow up to 2 weeks for processing). If you would like it mailed please ensure we have your current address. There is no fee for a transcript.
You will receive a graduation certificate for each programme (level) you complete. Our graduation ceremony is held each year in late March and includes all students who completed in the previous year. You are welcome to attend the graduation ceremony to receive your certificate. If you are unable to attend it will be posted to you 1-2 weeks after the ceremony, so please make sure we have your correct address.
If you need proof that you have completed your programme before graduation time please ask us for an academic transcript.
Lost certificate: You can ask us for a reprint. It will take 2-3 weeks. The fee for a reprint is $25.
