Creativity Challenge 2015 - Body Mapped: Rich pictures for self-inquiry
This year in April the TLC Educational Trust hosted a Creativity Challenge. The theme of the conference was 'Crossing Boundaries'. It attracted a wealth of national and international speakers - the movers and shakers of creativity. Each speaker generously shared their own unique insights and perspectives. We recorded these talks so that we could share them with our students, friends, stakeholders and anyone else interested in the subject of creativity.
About Cathryn Lloyd:
Dr Cathryn Lloyd is a creative development coach, facilitator and educator with over 20 years experience. She holds a Doctorate in Creative Industries, and is an accredited Action Learning facilitator with the School for Social Entrepreneurs.

About The Talk:
The focus of this 20 minute presentation was on one creative element within the workshop – Body Mapping. Body Mapping is a full human scale creative process that allows people to explore, express and represent their creative qualities, capability and future through drawing, images, symbols and metaphors. Body Maps provide a visually rich picture for people to see themselves and others from a different viewpoint.
