3D Sculpture

Monday (new day!) – MM3

Explore the world of sculpture in this hands-on class, where we experiment with a range of materials and mixed-media assemblage, discovering how to carve, construct, and combine elements to bring your ideas to life.

Projects can begin with sketching the concept, or you can just dive straight into making. Your Toi Kaiako provides practical advice and technical support, helping you work safely and confidently with tools and materials.

You can start with our selection of recycled materials, or bring along your own. If you’re new to sculpture, we’ll help you generate ideas and find materials on a budget. Experiment with scale – your work can be as bold or as small as you choose.

By the end of the class, you’ll gain confidence creating sculptural forms, develop an understanding of material properties, and create work that reflects your unique creative voice. This class offers a rewarding introduction to sculpture and is suitable for all levels of experience.
