Well-being is about having a balanced lifestyle, resting well and ultimately enjoying what you do. It is also about seeking support when you have a problem.

At The Learning Connexion, we understand that study can be stressful at times. Additionally, you may also be experiencing personal issues that are compounding your stress.

We are pleased to offer a link to a world-leading tool that assists in improving personal wellbeing, and which has been adapted for New Zealand users. Just a Thought offers evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which teaches people how to manage their emotions, thoughts and behaviours to improve their mental health. The tool is specifically designed for people with mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety and depression. We hope you check out the many, well-reviewed, free resources and online courses on offer.

Remember, if you are having any issues which are impacting your study at The Learning Connexion, then it’s important to let Learning Support, your tutor, mentor or other staff member know, as we may be able to help.
