Dip A & C (Hons)
Vanessa is
a former student of T.L.C and is part of Wellington's South Coast community.
Her artwork is primarily landscapes and her medium of choice is oil paint;
her work is influenced by her enthusiasm for Maori history and its artistic
traditions.
As an EM mentor, Vanessa is keen to focus on developing students technical skills and moreover helping students find their own 'steps' into the N.Z art scene. Currently Vanessa is working one day a week developing content for the EM Programme and has recently been involved in making 'The Boil Up'- a Stage Two Documentary about Maori art.
